Com una classe individual, però més.
The same skills taught to private students — perception, awareness, balance, coordination — applies to training Alexander teachers, but taken to a much higher level. Teachers must develop these abilities to the point where they can direct the use of two people simultaneously: themselves and their pupil. This is the cornerstone of Alexander teaching. The teacher’s consciously developed use of him or herself enables him/her to guide another toward improved use as well. Hands-on sessions, where trainees learn these fundamental teaching skills, form an essential part of the day-to-day activities of the training course.
